Day 2 of a planned 5 day 'no solid food fast'

🧘🏾♂️ Still trying to work off that 10lbs gain from my 4 day vacation this past weekend. The thing that makes me feel good is that I logged my food every day (to the best of my ability). I feel I have documented what will definitely make me gain 10lbs in a 4 day period. This is really valuable information for me.
🏋🏾 Carbs help me ‘Lift Heavy’. My goal is to be able to squat 200lbs+ for 30 reps. This is my ‘True North’, the direction I am always pointed toward. When I can do that, I believe ‘the math changes’ and it wont be just a matter of losing weight, but shedding fat to revel a ‘sculpted body’. Well, that is the plan at least, let’s see what happens…
😎 After literally consuming 700 carbs in a 4 days period, I went to the gym yesterday and crushed my previous numbers! Keep in mind 7 days ago the previous numbers were the best I have-ever-done-in-my-life:
