Same weight two days in a row, especially after the weekend BDay!!

Started the Monday morning with a different WOD.

With the song SALLY, we did Squats, approximately 20 holding in the down position every time the song said Sally down!! Quite a challenge holding in the down position during the last 5!!

Strength with Tempo Squats, :05 secs down, Hold for:03 secs, 5x4x3x3x3

Conditioning: 5 Rounds
• 100m Sprints
• KB Lunges 20x, #44lbs
• Rest 1 minute

Burned 560 Cals!!
79,7 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 7,9 kg.    Nog te gaan: 3,4 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.
