I stopped recording my exercise about two weeks ago. A little too much work involved that is a daily change. I know I am burning way more than I eat so that's good. I also know when I'm lagging ass on extra exercise ;)
After a week at the same, dropped 2 lbs in the last 3 days. Cool.
