All I had was one cup of Miso Soup last night. I was so busy yesterday that all I drank was water during the day. I am now putting "Electrolyte Concentrate for Rapid Rehydration" in my water so I don't have to go to the bathroom every hour so that is nice.
I did get in a 5 mile run and an additional 1 1/2 hour of walking so I ended the day with 20k+ steps. My energy was high all day.
Woke up this morning and my energy was low. This was very unusual for me while on a fast. I drank a bottle of water with the "Electrolyte Concentrate" in case it is just dehydration. However, I suspect that it is by body trying to switch to 100% fat burning as I must have total glycogen depletion.
This is an uncomfortable process, but it is a good thing, especially since I have 3 more days on this water fast. To feel better I plan to lift weights for a half an hour before work.
