Today I'm just drinking water and Miso soup.
This morning I had no coffee just a bottle of water. I then drank another glass of water with a bit of soy sauce. For some reason this gives me a bit of a "pick me up" so I can do my 1/2 hour weight lifting. Once I start exercising I feel fine. Constant exercise is how I avoid feeling sluggish.
I will allow myself 70 calories in Miso soup. One for lunch and one for diner. They are 35 calories each, but it gives me a "treat" to look forward to. This is totally phycological but already it has worked :)
Right now I feel no hunger, but I think I must have still have glucose in my system and until it goes hunger is possible (https://bit.ly/2GRAK9k).
