Had friend over for lunch. My Taiwanese friend brought homemade sweet & sour cucumber 🥒 + wild mushroom and I made Vietnamese pho with homemade beef broth.

@elfarissi first of all, thank you very much for your compliment! 1) cook the beef in high pressure cooker with beer, cinnamon stick, fresh ginger, and star anise. 2) Keep the cooked beef in fridge overnight so that itā€™s easier to slice. 3) keep the broth for the pho 4) When you prepare the pho, bring out the broth from fridge, boil it with cinnamon stick and cloves, a lit bit of fish sauce and palm sugar (option) for 10-15mins then you have the soup for your pho.
