Peps it’s easy to loose weight 😅 no really u see how hard it is huh, but it’s still easier than keeping it off.

The hard part is to maintain ur “ideal” weight

If u lost 10 lbs before n u gained them back, ur diet did not work!

How long did it take you to lose nearly 80 pounds?

Almost 4 yrs... I started making changes since I had my first child

It’s been a slow slow slow process cause I never stopped eating nor did I stop eating what I like

Wow.. good job. I’m near to the end of my weight loss goals, probably by summer time or after summer I’ll be done. I’m kinda scared about going back to eating 2000 calories. I want to keep watching my calories on this app as a part of a life long habit.

My advise add 100 calories, u gonna gain n then u breath n u keep on going with ur 100 added calories a day...than ur body adjust

Than u add another 100 calories....blah blah blah.

And u continue until u reach 2000 calories a day 😉

So when I reach my ideal weight, I add 100 calories a day more than usual and slowly get back to 2000 calories?

I would say add 100 than when body weight adjusts up another 100....

When u see it don’t adjust anymore n u gained 1 pound (my body adjust 2-3 days...everyone is different) 😳 breath n simply deduct 100 calories n pum that’s ur maintenance calorie intake

Also I believe that for a couple of months or so keep loogging (when u find that maintenance calorie intake number) n when u think 🤔 u got this, when u can calculate the amount of calories in ur brain, when u learned about nutrition, u studied ur own body n u learned to “listen” to ur body u can stop logging 😏

I mean, I’m bad at assuming calories for junk food. After the last couple of months, I’d say I’m so-so at guessing the calories in healthy things. Junk food is so unpredictable with calories 😫. I just always know it’s a shit load lmao

Ok u might want to start measuring n look at how many calories things have... find out what u can have more of n what u can have less of .... for instance I have have 4 cups of watermelon 200 calories (that’s my more, cause that’s a lot of watermelon ) or I can have one chocolate bar (that’s my less of, cause it’s small) and it’s 200 calories too.

Yeah.... good point. I feel like it’ll take me a while, but hopefully I’ll educate myself enough to not go back to my old weight when I leave behind fat secret.

We the first thing I feel is we gotta have learned the “lesson”, if we don’t we are going to end up right we’re we started 😳
