Finally got me a scale, is it a good thing or bad. I really been trying to get on track. Its hard! I have been without my WW meetings for about a month now. I have been gaining and losing, kind of yo-yoing, its annoying. I still have at least 15lbs to go before I reach my second goal. I need to get back into the habit of journaling again.
