Tomorrow my hometown is having the annual health fair. And I have been asked to demo my fitness class so that people can see what we do in Total Tone. My first thought was to say no, but I put those thoughts out of my head and said YES! The hardest part was convincing my group that we can totally do this. I have a few ladies that are not at the level they want to be at and have to modify exercises. They were scared that people would make fun of them. I explained to them that it's important to show that all people regardless of their fitness level can exercise according to their bodies. I think I got through to them and hopefully they will join me. I'm super excited to hopefully reach more people and spread the word that fitness is for everyone!

Way to go. Change the world a handful at a time. If you can get a couple to people to join, then that is positive. If you can change "overweight people are funny/weak" attitude of a couple people in the audience, then that is positive. IF you can help a couple of people in your class be more confident, then that is positive. We are all helping change things for the better. I know within my small sphere of influence (basically my office, family, and friends) that a few people are changing their habits as a result of me. In short - WAY TO GO AND KEEP DOING IT!!!
