I did! Now back to reality. I’m going to take your advice and try to eat better for a few days before I jump on the scales. Heavy work week next week, which is often an excuse I use for poor food choices. But my jeans are snug, so definitely need to have a good week. How are you? At boot camp working hard I hope.

I’ve never really done it but have you tried food pre to stop those bad choices, I know how you feel though I hit the sweets after a bad day. I’m ok starting to get a little bit of consistency now, hopefully I can stick at it for a while the take it up a notch 😃

I’m going to try food prep. That’s a great idea. I’m not as accomplished as you in the kitchen😅 though. You are doing great, keep posting your boot camps etc. It’s a great source of motivation. I wish Jamie would post and tell us what he’s up to.

I know I’m somewhat of a master chef 😆 but just do your best, least you know if the first meal is good then the rest will be too. 😃 also the Same if it’s bad. Good luck 😆. I think Jamie is still sulking I didn’t invite you both on my trips out 😭

Suma-No, not really. I liked Tolkien's Rings, Gilgamesh ... used to wonder where the women saviors/warriors were (the ones that weren't specifically religious based or cartoon characters like 'Wonder Woman'🤷♀️). I would have appreciated this story.
