Hi, holiday going great, food must be in me at 5000 calories a day. cakes icecream, chocolate, shortbread, chips and cheese chips it goes on and one. But by Saturday morning it all stops. And it will. Now my dears back to my holiday, catch up soon. much love Everyone. Merry Mel 🤩

Hello merry Mel! Enjoy your holiday! I’m right there with you. My husband and I on a 2 week vacation traveling from Tennessee to Massachusetts ( home, yay!) I am not recording one bite of food, nor exercise. Sometimes you need to just have a break and relax.
