I had to do some grocery shopping today at the old Walmart, and I decided to buy a new top. And I reached for the bigger size. It's still hard to break that old mindset. But I put back the XL shirt and bought the L. And of course I was surprised that it fit. Why is it so hard for my mind to catch up with my body. Probably because I wore 2X and 3X for such a long time and I have only been wearing L for a couple of months.

Amazing isn't it? Although my weight is high, my exercise has given me muscle so I am in smaller clothes than I was at this weight in the past. That jumping rope did it!
