I did jumping jacks today! First jogging and jumping jacks, I haven't done that in years. Many many years!

We are doing P90 in my workout class and we have to do them for a minute. At first I could only do a couple but I have been trying every day to do a bit more. It gets confusing for me because it's regular jumping jacks and then it switches to where you have to move your arms up and down in front of you. I'm not that coordinated.

LOL coordination, I'm up and everybody else is down. I like the class environment for working out. I get a chuckle and break a sweat!

Go left...I go right. I try hard not to bump into everyone.

Lettygaylor I was exactly like you in 2010. Keep with it and it will do exactly what it says it will. I lost 70lbs in 6 mo with p90x and I didn't do their diet I did my own so I'm sure the results could have been better. I had to stop every exercise to rest but just kept with it.
