After a workout I am so cold. Why is that? And what can I do about that? I already changed into warmer clothes and ate some fruit.. 😁

Its important to eat warm products. Many people eat a banana after a workout but thats cold food. My buddhist therapist told me to eat warm products.

@wendy Oh that could be the problem! I had a bowl of yoghurt with apple, kiwi and a few strawberries right before working out. Maybe I should make a warm meal after. Like oatmeal. Thank you!
