Today I stuffed myself into some workout clothes and went to the gym in 10 degree weather. Had an awesome workout. The best I've had in a few weeks. Just over an hour. I guess I thought if I'm dragging myself out in the freezing cold, I may as well get my money's worth. It was the most motivated I've been in awhile. I didn't look good but I felt good and hopefully I'll look better soon. If I can keep my sense about me and not overeat this evening, I may have a loss tomorrow. And then if I can do that the next 14,600 days...I'll be a healthy old woman. One day at a time. 😳

Hey. It's not THAT bad. Is actually only 14,542 days, so hang in there. You'll never "look good" if you don't start. In a couple more weeks, the gyms will be packed full of sausage-bodied people, so you can feel good when comparing for a week or two until they evaporate back into mush.
