Anyways, the "other things" included the juice of a lemon from my tree and a single pat of butter. Chicken is cooked to a shreddable point of perfection. I forget I can do these things sometimes. Even while I'm sitting at my desk. Now imagine if I ever really put my mind to it. don't worry, too busy. one day though.

Honestly, it’s pretty amazing as far as depth of flavor. Should be even better tomorrow. I wish I’d made bread. On the other hand, probably best that I didn’t.
