Katsolo's Logboek, 02 mei 21

Numbers below are wonky and I'm annoyed. I ate too much volume too late in the day last night even though it was only 7pm. In the form of 1/2 cup of cauliflower with my salmon. Irony, much? Took another day off from walking - mistake apparently - and am back to feeling bloated. I did actually do a lot of stuff yesterday, just not what I had planned on. Noted. Tiny meals today.

It's actively raining this morning and our outside plans for the day just got dashed. Guess I'll do a treadmill workout and just take it easy. Maybe turn off the burn bar so I don't get stupid. Skipping breakfast for the moment this morning, just not feeling it. I did stop and weigh my coffee, it's ~9oz. I was just wondering and I had a moment.

Donā€™t you bring coffee into this Katsolo!!! Eating late is the culprit!! I skipped weighing today because of a late dinner and you leave my precious coffee alone!😆

I bet the bloat is the cauliflower! Good thing it works like a broom for your colon and will be of benefit in a day or so 🧹 💩

Shrewd, I'm sure you have a different size cup. I was just standing there with my little tin cup and the scale was right there, so I decided to see how much it weighed. Because it still makes no sense to me how I can get up and weigh myself and then brush my teeth and do nothing in particular and weigh slightly more 30 minutes later. And other days I forget to weigh until after I've consumed my coffee. It was a curiosity thing. Nothing more, nothing less. I'm skipping the veggies for a couple more days and I made sure to get out and walk today. Sitting on my ass is not helping move things along.

Not obsessing BTW, it's just rare that I'm still enough in the mornings to do stuff like that.

On those days where I have to roll out of bed and into a meeting, it's good to know how much I can subtract later in the morning when I can get on the scale. That's the why.
