Slight mishap with the dressing today. Happens, I was in a rush. Golden kiwis, they're okay, I like the stronger taste of the green ones better. I miss my avocados.

Tasted good. I need to put my shopping list for tomorrow together this evening. I need avocados stat! I have a feeling they would make the kiwi taste a little better to me.

Looks so yummy! Did you cook the pork in the oven or on a pan? I love golden kiwis, they don’t make my tongue itch like the green ones.

I cook the pork at the bottom of my air fryer these days. 45 minutes at 400 and then leave it for another 15 minutes. so easy and it's perfectly cooked. I spray it with olive oil, sprinkle seasoning and garlic and stab it a bunch of times to tenderize and it works so well.

That sounds delicious and so healthy, Kat! I’m very curious about air fryers! Have you made actual “fried” type of foods like french fries?

Air fryer is an awesome tool. I make panko breaded chicken, “fried” tilapia and sweet potato fries mostly since i never learned how to actually fry. It’s awesome for reheating things like pizza and melting cheese on stuff, too.

Wow, it’s pretty versatile! I miss fries! If I had counter space, I would have totally gotten one already.
