adefwebserver's Logboek, 15 mei 18

I did a good job of getting my calories down to around 400 while not eating solid food. When I wake up tomorrow I get Water :)

It is nice that I do not feel hungry. My stomach already has that "empty" feeling that I have grown used to and feels normal. I feel more clear headed and in a better mood.

I only got to walk for 1/2 hour at lunch today. I really need to walk at least an hour at lunch and 1/2 hour in the evening. I plan to lift weights for 1/2 an hour each day for the rest of the week.

When fasting I need exercise, exercise, exercise.

@Becc@ - Thanks for the support :) Tomorrow will be the hardest day, after that I only have to keep from getting dehydrated (you drink lots of water but it goes right through you). Hunger is not an issue after the second day.

Tomorrow may be hard but you know what it takes to drive yourself forward and the will to get it done. I gotta say its inspiring!
