SelinaMinus60's Logboek, 26 aug 09

didn't weigh in on Monday because I am forgetful and didn't really want to know what I weighed but i bit the bullet and it wasn't so bad! gained 0.4lbs which could be a lot worse.

I'm finding it hard to get the exercise in at the moment because I don't get home until 7pm and by then I just want to go to sleep. tonight I'm going to try my best to go for a jog or at least do some weights at home.
79,1 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 2,1 kg.    Nog te gaan: 22,4 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

That's not a bad weight gain. I have yet to have Dot visit me but it sure feels like she is coming. I hate when I feel bloated for longer than a week. Haha. Jogging sounds nice. Our weather here is too hot still do even want to walk for a long period of time outside. Just think you will get lots of exercise in when you go on vacation. I wonder how many calories one burns when at a show. I always feel lighter, but I always end up at In-N-Out after a show. That or Denny's. These places might be introduced to you when you get here. ;)

haha i guarentee In N Out will be introduced to me :P my friend rachel who im staying with loves it haha. she is crazy and has been running everyday! we are meeting for a skinny date but at the moment i am not getting skinnier :/

See my brother and I started our weight loss and set up a skinny date and yeah I lost 40 he lost 140. The ass! But just do it at your pace girly. It will happen. Just think if you lose 3500 calories a week that's 1 lb. You can/will do it. =)

Well... exercise cures lethargy. Get moving! :P

Remember you don't have to do all of it at once. Break up your exercise. 15 minutes here, 15 minutes there. Or 10-10-10. :) You can do this, I KNOW you CAN!

haha thanks for the encouragement guys! i shall try hard to at least go for a short jog when i get home! only an hour and a half left! woop
