Lost 1.4 lbs. to hit 225.6 after a FAST day (juicing only so far and 240 cals) and a 450 calorie workout. Gonna take the rest of this week at least to get back on track. Did get a workout bonus after walking for an hour a day on the boardwalk this weekend. I had to increase my treadmill by a full MPH to keep my heart rate at the desired 118 beats per minute target. That's good news and reflects how well rested I am as well.
102,3 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 45,1 kg.    Nog te gaan: 9,3 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Slecht.

See, told you it wouldn't take you long. And having to up the MPH shows how healthy you are becoming too. I am sure you will record another wee drop this morning. I have every faith in your body - lol
