Just the sodium from Sundays Mexican. Still well above my lowest and what was my goal weight. Tosh, I don't know. I don't research a lot of stuff but my husband does. I had the same amount of loss eating 1800 as I did eating 2000. The more muscle, the more I can eat. I know that's not what you're asking but I've personally never experienced that. Off to work and expecting terrible weather. Wish I could work in town today. Hate driving in downpours! Have a great day fs peeps.
