weigh-in tomorrow and i feel so GROSS. i totally stress-ate today and i almost NEVER do that.... i'm super bloated right now (TOM has been all this week) and i just know that tomorrow's weigh-in will stink!!! boooo.... i've still been really faithful with my workouts... but the eating this weekend has been less than ideal. i ate almost a whole chipotle burrito on sunday!!! aaaahhhh!!! anyway, how many ways can i say it?... i feel like crap. i need some motivation to not lose sight of the end goal. i'm halfway there..... but seriously

I've had more than a few non ideal eating days. But the important part is that I've had more ideal eating days, and that's what counts and takes the weight off. Recognize what you have accomplished so far. You are doing amazing!
