Brilliant 🤣 because it’s my Modus Operandi. You know the funniest part is the beginning of my “healing food & self relationship“ journey actually started with a fuck this moment and google for how to lose weight eating butter 🤣 unfortunately it brought me to one last diet which was the catalyst of my mega change. That was in 2011/2012 when I found LCHF or what is today known as popular “keto” in those days for breakfast I was making butter tea - a popular breakfast drink in Mongolia - although I use cow’s butter instead of Yak butter so it wasn’t perfectly authentic 🤣 white girl gone koekoeks

LCHF in 2009-2012 was the height of diet ragers and well known as the Swedish Diet. They had a butter shortage in Scandinavia (look up the Norwegian butter crisis) but Dr Andreas Eenfeldt was like my guru 🙏🏻

Je had inderdaad al eens verteld over je "afvallen met boter" zoektocht, daarom moest ik ook aan je denken bij dit grapje (en de CHeese natuurlijk 🤪) Het is nu nog te vroeg voor Google, ik zal straks eens zoeken naar het Scandinavische botertekort 😁
