blooboots's Logboek, 19 aug 19

Finally it was nice weather today, so I went for an anderhalf hour walk with my buuf.
It was really uplifting!
Tomorrow we are having family programs, but Wednesday morning I will go running again. Did not do it in the last 2 weeks because I had a cold and was coughing really hard, but I know it will do very good to me :)
I am so happy I found this app, I really feel my motivation is back. I was able to keep the calories approximately, no binging!!! Ja of course I had some moments, when almost, but then NOT...Fingers crossed that it stays like this.
